Elwyn Swane is an experienced horticulturist, born and raised in a nursery business begun by her
late father in 1919. Swane's nursery enjoyed a high profile with the Australian gardening public
until the sale of the company in 2001 at which time Elwyn was both company secretary and director.
Elwyn has written two books for Australian Consolidated Press released as "Garden Patterns" and
"The Potted Garden" and has written the garden column in Sydney's Sunday Telegraph newspaper for
the last 15 years. For more than 9 years Elwyn was a guest presenter on ABC's Garden Talkback
Radio 702 on Saturdays. |

Delwyn Thomas has an extensive background with more than 40 years in all facets of the nursery,
floriculture and florist industry. She carries on a long family tradition as the third generation
of her family in horticulture, cut flower production and floristry.
Del is well known as one of Sydney's premier florists and currently has a wedding specialist
florist business. She is a frequent consultant and contributor to industry related magazines
and has been the consultant to the Modern Weddings Flowers Magazine since the first issue 13
years ago. |
